By accessing or using Framework ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description

Framework is an AI-powered Instagram Direct Message automation service. We connect to your Instagram Business account via Meta's APIs and automatically handle incoming DMs using AI-generated responses based on your configuration.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

·Be at least 13 years of age
·Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
·Hold a valid invite code to access the Service
·Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User responsibilities

Account security

·Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and invite code
·Be responsible for all activity under your account
·Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

·Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
·Send spam, harassing, abusive, or offensive messages via automated replies
·Impersonate others or provide false information
·Interfere with or disrupt the Service
·Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
·Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Instagram's Terms of Use

5. Meta integration

The Service integrates with Meta's Facebook and Instagram APIs. By using the Service, you also agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Terms of Use, and Facebook's Data Use Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated messaging complies with Instagram's policies.

6. Service availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uptime at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, changes to Meta's APIs, or events beyond our control.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Framework and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framework is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Framework and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by removing our app access in Facebook Settings or deleting your account via the dashboard.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
